communication technology, using computers and mobile phones to remotely and centrally manage road lighting, but this
management technology has its shortcomings:
1. GPRS traffic charges are high and need to be paid continuously. The larger the city, the more street lights there are, and the
higher the charges.
2. Power line carrier communication technology, due to its own technical limitations, still has poor signal quality and is susceptible
to power line loss and interference. When the line is shut down for maintenance, data cannot be transmitted.
LoRa wireless remote management system composition
1. Front end: Front end LoRa wireless module; built into the lamp.
2. Gateway: Receive LoRa module information and forward it to the backend.
3. System background: Based on the street light network, the background combines the gateway, street lights and other components
with the graphic information of the geographical location, and displays this information in the form of pictures and texts. It includes
basic operation functions, street light equipment status, single light control, group control, timing control, etc.
The principle of docking between street light controller and LoRa module: Through docking, the LoRa module conveys the on, off
and dimming instructions to the street light controller to control the street light; it can also transmit the street light self-test status
signal to the background, and the background can monitor the information of each street light.
