WIFI version combustible gas detection instrument

Release time:2024-10-17 Browsed0 order

There are two basic data transmission methods for combustible gas detectors: wired data transmission and wireless data transmission.

If wired data is used to transmit data, the technology is simple, mature, and easy to implement; however, the construction and wiring

workload is large, the network cable is easily damaged by human beings, and the fault point is not easy to find after the line is damaged.

If a wireless transmission system is used, the construction is simple, the system is easy to maintain, and the faults are easy to find. Therefore,

wireless transmission will be used in many fields and will also be the mainstream direction of future development.

Gas Controller:

The Wi-Fi module is integrated into the controller, and the controller is used to analyze the combustible gas detection data.

Real-time display of received combustible gas concentration, alarm data, historical data, etc.

The data can be transmitted to the cloud monitoring platform via the WIFI module.

Control Center (Cloud Server):

Mini programs/apps/web pages and other software support receiving data from the gas controller via Wi-Fi and displaying it in real time on

the monitoring platform.

Mini programs/apps/web pages and other software can obtain data from multiple wireless combustible gas concentration detectors.

The specific number depends on the performance and configuration of the Wi-Fi network.

Network Configuration:

Indoor Wi-Fi network ensures unimpeded communication between gas controllers and control center.

A wireless router or Wi-Fi access point can be used to extend the coverage of the Wi-Fi network to ensure that all areas that need to

be monitored are covered.

Configure network security measures, such as encrypted transmission and access control, to ensure the security and reliability of

data transmission.
