1. System composition
Gas detector: It uses a high-precision gas sensor to monitor the gas concentration in the air in real time and transmit the data to
the alarm controller.
Alarm controller: Receives the signal from the gas detector and determines whether to trigger the alarm based on the preset alarm
threshold. At the same time, the alarm controller also has a networking function, which can upload the alarm information to the
cloud platform or send it to the user's mobile phone in real time.
IoT communication module: realizes data transmission between the alarm controller and the cloud platform or user's mobile phone,
and supports multiple communication protocols and communication methods.
Platform monitoring : Mobile APP, small programs or web pages , users can easily manage hundreds of front-end devices by picking
up their mobile phones or opening their computers, greatly improving management and work efficiency. This is also the significance
of the Internet of Things - improving management and work efficiency in production through networking, big data analysis and
processing and other technical means.
2. How it works
Real-time monitoring: The gas detector monitors the gas concentration in the air in real time through the gas sensor, and transmits
the data to the alarm controller through the Internet of Things communication module.
Data analysis and judgment: After receiving the data from the gas detector, the alarm controller performs real-time analysis and
compares it with the preset alarm threshold. If the gas concentration exceeds the threshold, an alarm is triggered.
Alarm output: After the alarm controller triggers the alarm, it will output an audible and visual alarm signal and start the linkage control
function, such as closing the gas valve, starting the exhaust fan, etc. In addition, the alarm controller will also upload the alarm information
to the cloud platform or send it to the user's mobile phone through the Internet of Things communication module.
3. System Features
Real-time monitoring and early warning: The IoT gas alarm system can monitor gas concentration 24 hours a day. Once a gas leak is detected,
it will immediately trigger an alarm and notify the user.
Remote monitoring and management: Users can remotely monitor the gas safety status at home through terminal devices such as mobile
phones or computers, and keep abreast of home safety information at any time.
